Cheeses are from Fromage Fine Foods in Old Saybrook CT.
Ewphoria (Holland) with our Cranberry Orange Salsa
Polder Goat Gouda (Holland) with Maple Balsamic, Fruit and nuts
Crucolo (Italy) with Private Limited Reserve Balsamic, almonds, pecans and fruit. Pairs with the Baklouti Chile Pepper Olive Oil.
Piave Vecchio (Italy) with Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil and our Olives Garlic Stuffed Gordal and Seville Orange Manzanillo.
Chaumes (France) with thinly sliced onions, crackers, almonds and pistachios paired with Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil.
Finnocchiona (Italy) cured meat with fennel pairs with cheese, crackers, onions and nuts.

Nuts: Pecans Roasted in Black Mission Balsamic & Local Spicery Dawn Spice, Roasted Maple Pepitas Stony Brook Oils, Pistachios, & Marcona Almonds.

Fresh Fruit: Asian Pears, Honey Crisp Apples, Asian Persimmons
Dried Fruit: Mejadool Dates (pitted), California Apricots & Black Mission Figs

Wine: Aqua de Piedra (Argentina) Malbec 2016 pairs well with the cheeses, fruit and nuts with a balanced spicy red plum flavor combined with it silky texture a great choice for the charcuterie.

Simple and Flavor Filled Breakfast

Breakfast english muffin

Whole Grain Organic English muffin – toasted. Drizzle with our Green Limonato Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Spread a non-GMO peanut butter on top. Sprinkle organic sunflower seeds. Top with thinly sliced Honey Crisp apples and a drizzle of the Limonato EVOO. Divine, Easy and Delicious. Good grains, fiber, polyphenols, protein and good carbohydrates!

A good work breakfast or pick me up snack.

As Suzanne and I come upon our one year anniversary, we are taking the time to reflect about all that we have been blessed with.

That we know more about the business of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) and Aged Balsamic Vinegars is true, but we also know more about ourselves, how we, as husband and wife relate to each other, our customers, the community and our business. As we educate our customers about the art and science of exceptional EVOO & balsamic vinegar we hear their passion about what we value too.

With the testimonials of quality we feel confident in the work we are doing. We enjoy viewing the world through the life stories that our customers bring to us. We begin to learn from each other through the simple yet complex nature of the precious olive and grape.
